Leslie & Mark first met as teenagers. They were in the same Spanish class, but at that time they were just classmates. It wasn’t until after they graduated that their love story began. After being together for 9 years, Mark decided he wanted to start the next journey with his love.

It was on a trip to the island of Oahu, celebrating Leslie’s birthday, that Mark decided to surprise her with the big question. Even though Leslie was already expecting the surprise, it was a vacation that she would never forget. She was especially happy that her mom was with them, she got to celebrate this exciting moment with the two most important people in her life.

It made sense to me when they told me they wanted to have their engagement session done by the beach. They were engaged while on a dinner cruise on the Pacific Ocean, they wanted to return to the ocean for this special day.

Leslie & Mark, Miguel and I had so much fun running on the beach with you two at your Carmel engagement session. Not even the wind could stop us! We’re looking forward to your summer wedding at Belle Vie Vineyard. I’m sure the winds won’t reach us there! And even if they do, we’re pros at dealing with harsh weather now!
